Shear Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy for your convenience. Please read the details below to understand our process:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Notify our Customer Service team here with your order number and the reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging, and include your RAN.
Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service to return your item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the returned item(s) are found to be ineligible for return (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
6. International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Additional Information
We do not refund original shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Items returned without a valid RAN may not be processed.
