Shear Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy for your convenience. Please read the details below to understand our process:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Notify our Customer Service team here with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging, and include your RAN.

  4. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service to return your item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the returned item(s) are found to be ineligible for return (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Additional Information

  • We do not refund original shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

  • Items returned without a valid RAN may not be processed.
